Individuals and teams from evo, have won not one, but four separate categories at the 2021 BOSS Awards.
The BOSS Awards, held on 25th November, celebrate excellence in the UK and Ireland Business Supplies and Services industry and are highly prized accolades. Employees and teams from evo have won the following categories –
Steve Haworth, CEO of evo, says, “We’re absolutely thrilled to have won such a large number of awards from what is the Oscars of our industry. We’re incredibly proud of our team, these awards and the unprecedented growth over the last year are true testaments to their superb work and that of the wider evo business.”
evo also had several runners-up who were shortlisted but just missed out on taking home their own awards, including John Bacon who was also shortlisted for Professional of the Year for his seamless management of paper supply and demand during major supply chain disruption over the pandemic, and Pawel Borkowski who’s entry was highly-commended for the Rising Star of the Year award for his journey from warehouse operative to merchandise category manager in just a few years.
evo was also shortlisted but just missed out on New Product of the Year, for its new, sustainable, plastic free envelope for the DVLA developed in partnership with the Royal Mail to withstand the rigours of the postal service.
Steve Haworth continues, “We’re really proud of the awards we were shortlisted for but didn’t quite win, it’s a huge honour, these awards are a really big deal. And to that point, we have to say congratulations to our supply chain partners and customers who won their categories, including, Fellowes, 3M UK, Upstream, BIC, Office Friendly, Office Power, Commercial, Cosmos Solutions and Hamelin.
