Andrew joined the business in 2008, and was promoted to Group Finance Director in 2010 and Chief Finance Officer in 2013 and CEO at the end of 2022. In this time Andrew has led a number of transactions, integrations, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing exercises.
Previously Andrew held senior finance roles at EWS Railway, which culminated in the successful sale of the business. Andrew began his finance career with Deloitte serving several FTSE and US listed clients and is both US and UK qualified.
With a proven track record of advancement and achievement over the last 20 years in both industry and practice, Andrew’s career has been based on a very simple proposition: ‘I do what I say I’m going to do and I will deliver positive value adding change’.
Adrian is Managing Director of the UK Wholesale business which is a position he has held since 2010.
Adrian joined the organisation in 1990 within the telesales department of Neville & Gladstone and has held a number of roles in sales & operations, managing sales forces and regional distribution centre’s throughout the wholesaler’s transformation, leading the business through product and services diversification in an ever changing market place and growing its market share to become the largest broadline wholesaler within the industry.
Adrian is highly motivated individual with extensive Channel knowledge with a proven record for growing and developing business from a financial and relationship perspective across the wholesale Channel.
Ashley Burke joined the company almost 23 years ago and has worked in many aspects of the business. Her office products career started in Classic Stationery in 1992 and she moved to John Heath when it opened its first distribution centre in Ireland in 1995.
She has extensive knowledge in the office products industry and the golden thread through her 23 years at VOW has been the importance of the customer.
Dominic is Managing Director of Premier Vanguard who are one of the leading GNFR suppliers in the UK.
After nearly 40 years in the business Dominic has steered Premier Vanguard into a truly diverse business which includes catering equipment for Hospitality, a full range of consumables into the Pharmacy and Healthcare and Retail sectors, labels into a wide range of businesses but still retaining their position as the largest independent manufacturer of paper rolls in the UK with a turnover in excess of £22M.
Dominic expects only the very highest standards in customer service and has a team that deliver excellence every single day with a live 6500 strong customer base that is testament to the success of the business.
Having sold Premier Vanguard to Evo at the end of 2019 (just before the pandemic started!) the business has continued to grow substantially and his aim is to make Premvan a £50M+ business within the next five years due to the support and reach that the Evo Group bring to the table.
Jonathan is the Managing Director for Truline which is a position he has held since 2017.
Jonathan joined the organisation in 1997 and has held a number of General Manager and Group Operational roles for office2office prior to the merger with Vasanta in 2014.
Jonathan recently held the role as Group Operations Director for the evo Group, prior to taking up his current role for Truline which provides all of the in-house and third party transport solutions for the Group.

Jonathan’s finance career commenced with PwC servicing several high profile clients in various sectors including Construction, Finance, Manufacturing and Transport. Prior to joining EVO, Jonathan held senior finance roles at DB Cargo, previously EWS Railway.
With extensive business and finance experience, Jonathan has ensured that the EVO finance team is appropriately structured to support and meet the ever changing needs of the business.
With over two decades of experience delivering HR services within the private sector, Leanne’s role focuses on setting the strategic direction of our People Plan whilst ensuring the foundation of our business – our people, remain engaged, motivated and developed.
Leanne has specific expertise in merger and acquisition, Private Equity and Investors, and setting the HR scene at board level.
She is responsible for championing the Group wide People Agenda and leading on all aspects of HR covering Talent and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Coaching and Mentoring and Employee Engagement.
Leanne believes that people are what makes any business successful and the investment in those people is critical for the longevity of that success.
